In any case, a 1500 EUR deposit is payable two days after you have reserved an apartment, which serves as a guarantee to both buyer and seller. The deposit will be subtracted from the price of the property in case of purchase. You can reserve an apartment after filling our reservation form in the section Apartments.

Reserving the desired apartment, gives you a 21-day period, that allows you to organize your out-look of the property or to arrange the necessary documents for the signing of the pre-contract. During this 21-day period, the seller cannot sell the property to a third party. In case he does, he is obliged to pay back to the buyer double the amount of the deposit - 3000 EUR.

Considering the tendency of constant price increases of residential properties, it is highly recommended that you buy your apartment from 'off plan'.

Buying a half-completed property
70of the total property value is payable, when signing the initial contract. The final contract states how and when the remaining 30will be paid in accordance with the building progress.

Buying a completed property
When purchasing a finished apartment the full amount of the selling price is payable.
Nevertheless you're buying a property in it's initial phase of development, a half-completed property or a completed property, payable are also all fees that are in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation.

For your security, we recommend you to find a lawyer (we can recommend), who will perform the necessary checks, prior to paying the deposit. Once your lawyer is completely satisfied with the conditions of the sale, the purchase contract will be drawn up and then you will be given the payment schedule.

Everyone who travels from Sunny Beach to St. Vlas can see lovely views on his way. On the one side the sky sinks into the blue waters of the sea, on the other - there are the magnificent green hills of East Stara Planina. Right on this place, between the two hills in the mountain called "Kabukchiyata", is situated the village of Kosharitsa, where on area of 5 150 square meters and only 2 km far from the seacoast, the place the complex is built.

During the last few years the village turns into more and more preferable destination for tourism and holiday. The place is situated about 3 - 4 km far from the biggest Black Sea resort in Bulgaria - Sunny Beach, at the foot of the mountain, 120 m above the sea level. Burgas Airport is situated in a picturesque bay on the southern Bulgarian Black Sea coast, 10 km north-east of the city of Burgas which ranks second among Bulgarian municipalities by its well-developed industry.
