OPTION 2:

• 100 percents from the price on the conclusion of the contract
• In option 2 the total price is with a discount of 5 percents

OPTION 3:

• If you pay the initial installment, amounting to 80percents from the total sum and next
• 20 percents at covering the building, the investor is ready to make 3percents discount from the total price.
